Ninth overall in the listing, Lavazza was an early adopter of sustainable practices through it’s Tierra project, which helps communities in growing areas and encourages good cultivation methods.
Lavazza is also a key supporter of The Slow Food Movement, which started in the coffee producer’s Piedmont home.

Lavazza is celebrating its heritage by operating tours of The Grand Canal in Venice on a customised Vaporetto (water bus), featuring a gold coffee machine.
The Vaporetto, photographed by David La Chapelle, will be featured in the 2020 Lavazza Calendar.
