Delivery & Returns


  • Prices quoted include the cost of delivery to a UK Mainland address.
  • Orders to the Channel Islands or Isle of Man will accrue an extra postage charge which is confirmed during checkout.
  • With regret, we are not able to accept orders to Northern Ireland due to very high postage costs.

You should expect to receive your order within three days of placing it with us, (although occasionally delivery may be delayed due to reasons outside our control, such as inclement weather).

All orders are delivered by a reputable courier and tracking information is available on request.

Should the courier encounter a problem delivering to your stated address, we will contact you by email.

Please ensure that you supply an address at which you can receive your delivery during working hours.

Should the courier be unable to successfully effect delivery, we will issue you with a refund.


You may cancel your order within 7 days of the date of the transaction. Goods must be returned unopened and at your expense. Should we have made an error in supplying an incorrect item, we will resolve this by replacement at our cost or by refund.

Damaged Goods

Should you receive an item damaged in transit, we would ask you to notify us by email within 24 hours of receipt of goods. If possible please include a digital image showing the damage to the item with your email. We will then arrange for goods to be collected and replaced within three working days.
