Congratulations to the Chef Team at The Auberge at Jerbourg for securing the two main Chef Awards at Guernsey’s recently held Chef Awards. Calum Humphries led the way with the Junior Chef award, followed by Head Chef Daniel Green securing joint first place in the senior category.
Daniel came to the attention of a national audience in 2011, appearing on ITV’s Britain’s Best Dish, when he beat Jersey rival and Michelin Star holder, Mark Jordan.
Since then, he has gone on to skipper Guernsey to an away win in the 2012 inter-island challenge with Jersey.
