This coffee comes from The SOPPEXCCA Coffee Appellative, a cooperative-level selection bringing together smallholder producers across Jinotega. The region is responsible for roughly 60% of Nicaragua’s total coffee output and is known for its fertile soils, mountainous terrain, and ideal growing conditions for specialty-grade Arabica micro-lot coffee. This season's selected coffee is produced from 100% Arabica Catuaí variety cherries.
This washed Nicaraguan coffee offers a balanced profile with notes of cherry, marzipan, and orange peel, supported by gentle acidity and a clean, structured finish typical of Jinotega-grown coffees.
