This seasonal pick of coffee comes from the Santa Rosa Valley in south-central Guatemala, a region beautifully shaped by rolling hills, mineral-rich volcanic soils, and elevations at 1,450 metres above sea level. This coffee is harvested at Santa Ileana Farm, a member of the Cooperativa Integral Agrícola Nueva Esperanza del Bosque (CONEBOSQUE). A co-op who's members are committed to strengthening the social and economic sustainability of local farming communities.
This coffee offers a creamy body with exceptionally high sweetness and a clean, well-balanced finish. Flavour notes of maple syrup, vanilla, and raisin are complemented by a deep, chocolatey finish that lingers pleasantly. Our Q-grader selected this coffee for its elegance, consistency, and versatility, making it an excellent medium roast that delivers both comfort and complexity while showcasing the depth and potential of the Santa Rosa Valley.
