Sourced from a region widely regarded as the birthplace of coffee, Ethiopia’s highlands are steeped in both legend and history as the place where wild coffee was first discovered.
This coffee captures the classic character of Yirgacheffe, with bright floral and citrus notes alongside a subtle hint of raspberry. Sweet clementine and delicate white tea bring clarity and elegance to the cup, finishing light, refined, and clean.
