This coffee is grown in the western highlands of El Salvador, within the renowned Apaneca-Ilamatepec region. It is produced by the Holman family at Finca Santa Isabel, a farm set within a dramatic volcanic landscape at high elevations. Here, cool mountain temperatures combine with rich, mineral-dense soils to create exceptional conditions for cultivating high-quality Arabica coffee.
In the cup, vibrant red berry sweetness leads the profile, while delicate floral notes bring a clean, perfumed elegance. A smooth milk chocolate finish rounds out the cup beautifully.
