This season we’ve chosen a coffee that comes to us from Coope Victoria Coffee Co-operative. a long-established producer organisation rooted in the volcanic landscapes surrounding Grecia and the Poás Volcano, part of the Central Volcanic Mountain Range. We have been partnered with Coope Victoria for over 30 years and know that this coffee is a stand out cup this season.
We have selected this coffee because it showcases a complex and vibrant profile, with notes of rhubarb and raspberry, balanced by almond-like sweetness and a structured, refined finish. An excellent expression of high-grown coffees from the Central Volcanic Mountain Range of Costa Rica.
