Piano Coffee - Luisa Coffee Beans (6 x 500g)
Our Luisa coffee beans are carefully sourced from a Co-operative based in the Aceh region of Northern Sumatra. The Co-operative grows a mixture of TimTim, Catimor and Ateng varieties of Arabica coffee beans.
The volcanic soil of the region is rich in nutrients, producing a highly spiced flavour profile with notes of jam, raisins and dried prunes. Local semi-washed processing (Giling Basah) and double picking (quality control) deliver a creamy body, high on sweetness.
