Lavazza has announced that Monica Galetti has joined their UK team of Brand Ambassadors.
The Samoan-born chef is well-known from her work as a judge on the BBC television programme ‘Masterchef The Professionals’.
Her London restaurant ‘Mere’ has been gathering plaudits and has served Lavazza coffee since its opening.
Monica has published two books to date: ‘The Skills’ and ‘Monica’s Kitchen’.
By entering Lavazza’s Top Chef Brand Ambassadors programme she joins company with many other world-famous chefs, including Jason Atherton, Ferran Adria and Massimo Bottura.
Monica will join with Lavazza for a range of events in London and Turin, including work at Wimbledon and hosting a Top Gastronomy event at ‘Mere’.
