Massimo Bottura presents Lavazza Dessert at The Top 50

Osteria Francescana in Modena, Italy holds three Michelin stars and is third in the latest Top 50 restaurant rankings. Chef Patron Massimo Bottura honoured Lavazza at the recent award ceremony with this creation:

It’s Just A Dessert

Served in a Lavazza glass cup, the Italian espresso ritual is upended: crunchy and creamy, warm and cold, It’s just a dessert sweet-talks the palate with vanilla mascarpone foam, crumble of amaretto, hazelnuts and almonds, Lavazza Tierra coffee gelato and a final whisper of golden yolk.

Lavazza Coffee

The collaboration with Chef Bottura and Lavazza’s partnership with this internationally acclaimed event demonstrates the brand’s commitment to international haute cuisine.

Lavazza has been innovating for over 30 years, through The Training Centre concept. The first Espresso School in Italy was founded by Lavazza in 1979. Today there are now 50 Lavazza Training Centres around the world.

This activity is further enhanced by prestigious collaborations, such as those with Slowfood, the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo and internationally renowned Chefs, like the brilliant Ferran Adrià, Carlo Cracco, Davide Oldani and, of course, Massimo Bottura.

Lavazza Tierra is blended only from Arabica coffee beans grown in sustainable conditions by communities in Central and South America.
